What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus seeks a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert to lead financial, policy, and statistical analysis projects for EPA and other government clients in the area of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and natural infrastructure financing, with a particular focus on the Drinking Water or Clean Water State Revolving Loan Funds. Successful candidates will have experience leading projects or administering programs in water infrastructure or environmental finance at the federal, state, or local level. Cadmus emphasizes working effectively in a team environment with a commitment to the highest standards of excellence. Additional activities will include contributing technical, programmatic, and policy insights, particularly as they relate to the water, wastewater, and stormwater sectors. This is a full-time position with a flexible work location, with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
+ Lead projects on issues related to drinking water, wastewater, or stormwater utility financing and sustainability.
+ Lead the development of reports, case studies, presentations, guidance documents, and other documents on issues related to system financing, disadvantaged communities, and affordability.
+ Provide technical assistance to states to expand or improve their infrastructure lending programs, particularly the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds (DW and CWSRF), with an emphasis on program efficiency, cash flow modeling, finan
