The Asset Analyst will be responsible for maximizing the return on investment for all of ReVison’s PV and EV assets and those we manage for outside owners. This role will have a unique blend of both financial analysis and managing the accounting and back-end operations of the assets. They will work with our legal, finance, and service departments to ensure that all contractual obligations are met. They will need to make decisions on the asset owner’s behalf while ensuring all stakeholders are considered. This role will report to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

Manages bookkeeping for various companies, including basic accounting, maintaining P&L and balance sheet, and preparing and submitting appropriate documentation to tax accountant.
Collaborates across functional teams to ensure we are maximizing the performance and returns on each project asset.
Reviews financial proformas to advise on investment decisions.
Manages capital distributions to all investors including principal and interest payments on debt.
Conducts fair market value and savings analysis for solar PPA projects and presents buyout terms and contracts to site hosts by.
Represents system owner’s best Interest while also respecting Interests of hosts.
Manages Insurance needs for each company and/or asset.
Reviews all project specific contracts and manages all reporting and compliance requirements.
Manages REC product and maximize payments for system owners.
Manages annual Secretary of State filings and quarterly tax payments.

Requirements:
Must have the ability to define issues, analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions.
Proven ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to read and Interpret contracts and meet contractual obligations.
Demonstrated ability to do basic multi member accounting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Keen attention to detail
Flexibility working with different contractual arrangements and ability to navigate differing Interpretations of arrangements by various Interested parties.
