We are seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to design and implement automation solutions using AI, BOTs, and workflow orchestration for our client’s wireless network transformation.

Responsibilities
+ Participate in the user research sessions
+ Identify automation opportunities to streamline network planning and construction
+ Recommend AI-driven solutions, BOTs, and workflow orchestration strategies to introduce automation and increase efficiency
+ Collaborate with process analysts and SMEs to define implementation strategies effectively
+ Serve as the Product Owner Delegate for selected automation solutions
+ Facilitate system solutioning sessions with development and business teams
Qualifications
+ Experience in automation and AI-driven solutions
+ Strong knowledge of BOTs, AI, and workflow automation tools
+ Experience with telecom or network construction and planning
+ Experience in process analysis and optimization
+ Experience in Miro
+ Experience with system development and agile methodologies
+ Experience with FIGMA is a plus
