The primary responsibility of the Commercial Marketing Manager is to build brand awareness and support lead generation for ReVision Energy’s Commercial Business Units (PV, EV, CSF, and Battery Storage) through relationship building and managing marketing opportunities (events, sponsorships, post-installation offerings) with current and prospective commercial clients throughout the company’s five branches and associated geographic regions. The Commercial Marketing Manager is the liaison between the Commercial Sales Teams (PV, EV, CSF, and Battery) and the Marketing Team. The Commercial Marketing Manager will report to the Customer and Community Marketing Director.

This full-time position, which requires an in-office presence of 1 day per week, is company-wide and offers the flexibility to report to any of our office locations.

Commercial Marketing Manager Responsibilities 

Build relationships with the Commercial Sales Team through monthly meetings that explore lead generation/pipeline review, update priority client list/actions, and communicate challenges/successes.
Must be able to work from NH, ME, and MA branch locations at least once quarterly (more often is desirable.)
Meeting cadence will differ between Commercial Business Units (CBUs) however, the Commercial Marketing Manager must schedule at least monthly check-ins with CBUs.
Provide relevant data and information cascading to other Marketing Team members. 
Responsible for executing Commercial Marketing plan.  
Develop a Commercial Event Strategy, in collaboration with the Customer and Community Marketing Director, that uses industry priorities and target communities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Seek out opportunities to represent ReVision Energy at industry-priority events.
Collaborate with Residential Marketing Manager to select events that may integrate a variety of business units and strategize on best practices and approaches.
Manage staffing support.
Develop a Commercial event feedback system.
Maintain Commercial event calendar (including internal to Marketing Team, internal to ReVision Energy, and external to the public in collaboration with Digital Content Manager) 
Record customer marketing activities in CRM.  
Provide general marketing support to the Commercial Sales Team.
Manage requests for creating and updating presentations and event materials. 
Maintain an updated portfolio of Case Studies (ClientPoint) and Project Gallery Profiles (website) that spans industries, project sizes, geographic regions, etc. 
Evaluate and update marketing tactics based on feedback from current clients, Commercial Sales Team, and other stakeholders.
Site visit/relationship cultivation gifts.

Develop and Manage Commercial Sponsorship Strategy, in collaboration with the Customer and Community Marketing Director, that utilizes opportunities to support industry priority and target community engagement.  
Track and record Commercial sponsorships and associated relationships in CRM.  
Assist Customer and Commercial Marketing Director and VP of Marketing in tracking marketing analytics for Commercial Business Units. 
Assist in Commercial Marketing budget tracking. 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Or equivalent industry experience.
4 – 7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or B2B setting.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel to various branch locations and industry events as needed.
Experience in budget management is desirable.
