We are looking for Maine Licensed Journeyman and / or Master Electrician's to help with thermal installations. The position will be based out of our Montville, ME. location. Positive attitude is a must! Awareness and concern about environmental issues is a plus. The ideal candidate would be able to perform residential and light commercial heat loss/heat gain calculations, has experience with refrigeration equipment and tools, and has experience with residential boilers of multiple fuel types. This candidate must be dedicated to further ReVision Energy’s mission to reduce fossil fuel consumption using the most efficient and robust electric heating and cooling appliances available while providing legendary customer service. Compensation includes hourly wage, health insurance, HSA with company match, retirement savings, Employee ownership, paid time off & paid holidays. 

Roles and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Journeyman and / or Master Electrician license and some HVAC installation experience
Maintain a respectful, professional and responsive relationship with customers and co-workers at all times. 
Follow OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and best practices to ensure overall crew and job site safety. 
Work directly with project plumbers and thermal Tecs during installations of air source heat pumps, HRVs, and water heaters. 
Comprehensive understanding of the NEC as it relates to the installation of Heat pumps and HVAC systems in a variety of applications.
Competence in ASHP and HVAC including electrical wire sizing, conduit sizing, installation methods, conduit bending, etc.
Basic competence with Computer including Excel, Word, email and web-based applications
