This position is part of the installation team responsible to support the highest quality installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage systems for our clients. This position includes, but is not limited to, travelling and working with our solar PV installation teams in both residential and commercial settings. Individuals in this position will not participate in the ReVision Energy Electrical Apprenticeship Program (REEAP), and this role is not part of a pathway to electrical licensure.  

Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 

Assist the Lead Installer/Project Manager with quality solar electric installations by doing non-electrical roof work preparing for the solar installation.
Assist with project loading to ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive on the job site.
Assist with overall crew and job site safety.  
Help maintain tools and trucks in excellent condition.
Assist with general site preparation and clean up.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
