What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state agentic workflows. You will lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, evaluate process challenges, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations that support AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of process transformation, emerging AI technologies, and business innovation.

Responsibilities
Business Discovery and Process Analysis
+ Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes, pain points, and operational challenges.
+ Document business processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard process analysis methodologies.
+ Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
+ Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.
