Job ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the Transmission market of Power and Energy.Ability to develop and implement strategy.Responsible for leading, developing and growing the Team. Ensuring the health of our company’s culture.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, subcontractors, and engineers.Responsible for ensuing company Health, Safety & Environmental programs are implemented and adhered to.Overall P&L responsibility for their portfolio work.Ensuring our projects are meeting company and customer quality programs, requirements, and expectations.Engaging with the Cianbro estimating team to select opportunities to pursue and develop strategies to win work and maintain healthy backlog.Assist project teams with contract and change negotiations.Advanced understanding of CPM scheduling, ability to identify and mitigate schedule challenges, and management of overall portfolio schedule as it relates to resource planning.Ability to identify productivity concerns and assist project teams with developing recovery plans.Ability to identify opportunities for equipment investment based on backlog of work.Qualifications/RequirementsFour-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.15 years of construction experience, 5 yrs minimum transmission experience preferred.Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, means, and methods); supervision, estimating, schedules, budget, and safety required.Excellent communication, engagement, and leadership skills are essential.Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.Must be highly analytical with a strong business sense.
